Biography

She received the B.S. degree in EE and Physics from Bogaziçi University, Istanbul, Turkey, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Rochester, Rochester, NY, USA. She has ten awarded and one pending patent, eight book chapters, and over 200 journal and conference publications. Her current research interests include novel flexible sensors and noise / reliability in electron devices. She serves as a topical editor for IEEE Transactions for Electron Devices, IEEE Sensors Journal, and Elsevier Sensors and Actuators A. She is a Fellow of IEEE.
